South Keys: The South Keys Area provides a great collection of big chain stores such as Wal-Mart, Future Shop, Staples Business Depot featuring their 24 Hour Copy Centre and Chapters. Great restaurants such as Kelsey's, Denny's, Montana's and The Outback Steak house are all situated a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Ottawa's Park and Ride program is also available at this location (ask front desk for details). To get to South Keys Commercial Centre, turn right onto Hunt Club Rd. and head east for about 3 kilometres. After passing the Airport Parkway, turn left onto Daze St. and you're there!

St. Laurent Shopping Centre: Downtown shopping without the Downtown hustle and bustle!! The St. Laurent Shopping Centre provides a great shopping experience and is located just 15 minutes from the hotel. Leaving the Days Inn, turn right onto Hunt Club Rd. Head east for about 7.5 kilometres. The road will come to an end at Hawthorne Rd. Make a left turn and head north for about 2 kilometres. Make a right on Walkley Rd. Take Highway 417 towards Ottawa. Exit onto St. Laurent Blvd and you're there!

The Parliament Hill, Rideau Centre, Rideau Canal, museums and attractions are all 15 minutes away in the downtown core. Turn right onto Hunt Club Rd. and head east until you reach Airport Parkway. Turn left onto Airport Parkway and head north; Airport Parkway will become Bronson Ave. and on your left you will see Carleton University. Just past that, turn right onto Colonel By Dr. This scenic route along the Rideau canal will take you right into the downtown core. Many of the area's best known restaurants are located just past Rideau St. in the Byward Market.

Mooney's Bay Beach, Hog's Back Park, Terry Fox Sports Complex, Vincent Massey Park are all located within 10 minutes from the hotel. Turn left onto Hunt Club Rd. and head west. Turn right onto Riverside Dr. and head north for about 5 kilometres to get to Mooney's Bay Beach, and Hog's Back Park and the Terry Fox Track and Field Complex. Further down Riverside Dr, Vincent Massey Park is located across from the Canada Post building. Turn left onto Baseline Rd. and you're there!

Nepean Sports Plex hosts major local, national, and international sporting events ranging from diving to hockey and figure skating competitions. It is located on Woodroffe Ave. Turn left onto Hunt Club Rd. and head west for about 6 kilometres. Turn left onto Woodroffe Ave. and you’re there!
