Meet Chef Bala Muthusamy

Born and raised in India, Chef Bala first took interest in cooking at a young age. For several years after culinary school, he had worked as a chef in India and Bahrain before moving to Bermuda, there garnering 18 years worth of culturally varied culinary experience.

Chef Bala became part of the Loyalist family in September of 2013, and soon after became our Executive Chef. Chef Bala is exceedingly creative, and truly loves his work. With all of his experience and creativity, he brings meals from across the world to our tables; creating a fantastic dining experience.
