Meet Chef Raju Michael.

Chef Raju Michael, a native of  South India, graduated from Madurai Kamaraj University with a Bachelor Science in Hotel Management and catering before beginning his culinary career with Meridian Hotel Group in 2003. From there, he fine tuned his culinary skills working for royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and later completed a diploma in culinary cooking at Ashworth university in Atlanta. Chef Raju migrated to Canada 5 years ago and brought his well-travelled experience to share with us here at Roustabout’s!
