Meet Chef Prasad Chavan.

Born in Mumbai, India, Chef Prasad came to Canada in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management & Tourism Studies from the University of Mumbai. Having worked at JW Marriot as a cook in India, and for Royal Carribbean International Cruise Lines, Chef Prasad’s culinary expertise is truly without borders. After spending some time working at Lakeview Hecla Resort in Manitoba, we’re very thrilled to have Chef Prasad running our kitchen here in Fort St. John!
