Have a seat and take in our incredible view of Hecla Island with our fantastic food, excellent service, and a relaxing resort atmosphere. Meet Chef Tim Remmert.

Born in Winnipeg, Chef Tim was raised in a family where both parents loved to cook and was taught that variety is the cornerstone of a great meal. From there, a lifelong appreciation of the culinary arts was born and cultivated throughout his life. Tim enjoys drawing on the diverse flavours of many cultures and creating memorable food experiences.
