Meet Chef Mark Gudmundson.

Born and raised in the Interlake with a largely Icelandic heritage, Chef Mark spent most of his childhood summers in the Gimli and Hecla Island region. In a time-honored tradition, he one day packed up his knives and spent more than a decade travelling, training, and apprenticing under some of the best chefs he could find. From coast to coast and as far south as New Orleans, Chef Mark picked up eclectic cooking styles and created his own signature flavours.
